McSteamy, because he just has that edge. I know I'm asking for trouble, but I can't help loving a good bit of arrogance in men. And well, I pretty much died when he was going on about growing skin like God last week. It was amazingly hilarious and, in my opinion, really hot.

I agree with osp-1relationshipwise it would be mcdreamy because he is so charming and handsome but mcsteamy is just i have no words for his sexy looks and voice. i practically jump when he comes on my screen

I dont find Dereck to be attractive. I will admit I would have chosen him over the redneck southerner in Sweet Home Alabama, but on Grey's Anatomy he was never anything special. I honestly didnt find a majority of the guys on that show attractive. Now McSteamy GAWD DAMN! Its not just the body, but the man's face is too die for.

Plus Eric Dane's look is just my type- I love stubbled, tall, built guys. Of course, Patrick Dempsey is attractive as well, just not as much as Eric.

He is by far better looking; better body; plastics is wayyy better than Neuro; I will never get bored of him; i like McDreamy but he looks like a bad kisser [dry and awkward] and just seems insincere for some reason.
