Is it me or is he looking a bit weathered lately?

Yeah, he seems to have changed real quick. Just last season he looked much better.
He looked really hot in this scene where he was coming out of the shower: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fYw75SZbIkI
I realize that this was maybe about 5 years ago but I just couldn't see it having the same effect if he walked out looking the way he does now. -

This may sound petty because he still has a body to die for, but quite honestly I think it's when he lets his hair grow that he looks his old. If he keeps it mega short like when he was first on the show I think he still looks great..but the long curly hair makes his face look drawn.

I just saw a clip from the recent flight episode and I didn't even recognize him. I don't watch the show (just reruns occasionally)but I thought that maybe they got a new actor to play Mark. I just refused to believe that was him because I know he is very attractive, but on that episode he was not attractive at all! But I was wrong, it is him. What happened?

Sorry but I have to vent..
I just saw the clip on that flight episode too, and I have to say Eric looks wierd! Not that he is old or doesn't look fine, I just believe that he, along with a few other actors I've seen lately, are following the sad footsteps of women in Hollywood.
If you ask me (and my mom, and a couple of friends), Eric looked much better with his naturaly gray hair and a little more weight on him.
Maybe the weight loss is a result of drugs or whatever, but I seriously doubt that his hair changing color has anything to do with that.
Used to be that only women freaked out about getting older and then started undergoing extreme weight loss diets and surgeries and botox, without realizing that a lot of times they end up looking worse (like the women in Cougar Town, who used to be so pretty and now look like puppets, scary puppets at that). Now it's also the guys.
Don't get me wrong. I'm about Eric's age and I do exercise and are vain enough to dye my hair to cover the gray. But in me, it does give a little improvement. He looked sooo much better before the hair dye. And we are used to seeing women look like walking cadavers from the starvation, but men?!
Come on guys, let the crazy pursuit of pretty to us ladies and be MEN. You look so much better buffed up than starved. Keep aging gracefully instead of following in the footsteps of the countless Hollywod women who mess up their bodies and faces thinking they will look better
God.. I am close to Eric Dane's age hahhaha. I'm becoming old fashioned hehe. No biggie, I stand by my rant

I was surprised to see he was as young as he was. I thought he was at least 20 years older than Chyler but he's only 10. The drugs have not been kind to his body. I hope he can battle back.

I came here to look him up (never seen Grey's Anatomy) in regards to The Last Ship, I can't believe it's the same guy in the pictures. He's 10 years younger than the actor (Adam Baldwin) playing his X.O., when they're supposed to be about the same age (it was stated they went to school together), and I'd say he looks even older. I was surprised at the line that they'd gone to school togeth5b4er, course, I guess they could have entered at different ages, but still, I thought he was easily in his early/mid 50s.
I mean, his current 'look' works for this character, but it's sad if it's a sign of ill health or a shortened lifespan.
