Here is a good question. Did she have health insurance? You would think she did being that she was obviously financially okay but alot of young people don't think they need it's just the way I thought I figured I was young and did not need health insurance boy was I wrong.

"I'm totally confused why does it say she died the 16 of feb. when she just dies like two days ago march 20th i think i'm so confused "
Look at the first post in this string, from the 17th of Feb.
Apparantly it didn't get much publicity till about two days ago
Sad. -

I totally agree with people being shocked about the date of her death. I like to think I am current with what's going on, but I never heard of her death until today. Such a sad thing. My thoughts go out to her family.

I just heard the news about 2 days ago. And I agree, what happened to her was terrible. I was really surprised to hear the news. She's just 30 which way too young. I feel sorry for her family and her friends.

This poor young woman died because even in today's world you can't always get good medical care. My husband's aunt died a couple of years ago of skin cancer after 5 years of asking her doctor to remove a suspicious mole. He always told her that it was fine and to111c consider it a "beauty mark". Well finally she went to a dermatologist (because she always felt that something was wrong, but not wanting to upset her family doctor she had been to for years, she delayed a second opinion) and the dermatologist knew imediately that the mole was going to be cancerous. To make a long story short, she died six months later at the age of 49, all because her bull headed doctor thought he knew everything. Sounds like Nicole may have suffered from the same lack of care. My heart goes out to her family; she was a real talent and beautiful woman.

it's extremely sad and scary. But kids die everyday of cancers and must worse illness so think of them and think how lucky she was to have the long(comparetivly to these kids who die at age 4-12)
life,
we will all miss her and know she is in a good place now.

I was really shocked by this. I've only seen her in a couple of things, I really loved her in Without A Trace. This is sad news. She was a brilliant actress, and her career cruelly cut short. RIP.

She went to my highschool. There's some trivia. "Attended Putnam City Original Highschool" Many teachers had high hopes for her.
I found out t111coday she went to my highschool from one of my OK history teachers.
