While he is a good actor to watch there are not dwarfs/midgets that are in positions of authority IRL that I know of as he portrays.
Is that because they are a minority or because there is a prejudice that works against them with a short stature?
The things that midgets are mostly known for in the media or entertainment world is porn and wresting.
More as a joke or a novelty.
With this epiphany I dunno if I can suspend disbelief to take his authority roles as seriously as I did before.
I think The Station Agent, which I have and love, where he plays a humble, shy, awkward little guy is more like it.
Besides, I prefer realistic dramadies anyway.

Height matters when it comes to leadership. Most CEOs are taller than the average person. People just inherently respect taller people. It's not really fair but it's just how it is.
