Maybe they'll still make the movie, but the dwarfs will be digital? Or they'll change the dwarfs to cats or something - whatever offends Dinklage the least, since apparently his is the only opinion that matters to Disney.

Disney announced that instead of dwarfs they will be replaced with a fry pans, toaster oven, a waffle maker, a pen and pencil set, a book and other various inanimate objects which will hopefully offend no one.
Wait. I just got a late breaking announcement.
OK the book will offend some right wing Republicans who are nervous it might be a banned book of erotica that none of them would ever read or allow so the project is shelved. Again.

When he was cast as a little person role in Lord of the Rings or in a Game of Thrones or in Elf or this that or the other thing… those checks cashed just fine. Now he wants to be progressive? Come on man

That's very small minded of him maybe his brain is tiny because he is so small someone give the wee man a hug and a glass of warm milk to settle his tummy and make him sleepy when he wakes up from his nap maybe he'll be less cranky!
