OMG! I read through all of these responses to see if there was even one look-alike. Now I know why I'm a sculptor and the people here are not!
Except for the few of you who say James Franco. And even then, it's a very slight resemblance based mainly on face shape, although Franco's face is shorter. Their resemblance gets stronger when Jeffrey's hair is shaggier and combed up like Franco's. They could play brothers.
But all of these other suggestions. I mean, one, maybe two features at most on some and none at all on others. Unless having two eyes, a nose and mouth count.
It seriously ma1c84kes me wonder about all kinds of things, for example, do people see the same color when looking at, say, purple? Well, that truly could be subjective or even physical so maybe not a good example. But when it comes to bone structure, skull shape, ratio of features (eg. distance from nose to lip), symmetry, etc., those things are all easily measured, and honestly, I haven't seen anyone mentioned yet that even moderately resembles Jeffrey Donovan. That is a bit unusual, I admit. But unless you want to count some random karate instructor or ballroom dancer I may have seen somewhere, no celebrities come to mind at all, certainly none listed here.
I'm just surprised that so many here do see similarities with certain people, like with Val Kilmer? I can't even
I'd wonder if I'm crazy except that this is what I do professionally, sculpt people's portraits, and I'm good at it, so I do know what I'm talking about, unless I've landed in The Twilight Zone somehow. Yeah, maybe that's it. -

actually, you're right, there are a few similarities. He's not a doppelganger, but they could be related. At least I can see what you're talking about.
I just remembered that there's some boxer that Jeffrey Donovan was interested in. He was developing some kind of film project about the guy and he said he thought he looked a lot like him. I saw the picture and there was a resemblance. Wish I could remember his name. -

I noticed that too. I have a huge crush on him as well.
I always thought they looked like they could be related somehow. like they could play brothers or somehting.
And Mac from "It's always sunny" I thought looked like him to. weird.
