Also, I think he looks a bit like Thomas Cavanagh and Milo Ventimiglia.

Actually I think he looks a lot like David Bromstad of
Colorsplash
over on HGTV. If you really want a giggle, toggle back and forth between the 2 shows, until they blur togetherthink Donovan tying and gagging some gangsters so he can do something fabulous with their drab dungeon hangout with a chartreuse accent wall, and Bromstad revamping your tired outdated kitchen with 40 pounds of C4.
Trespassers will be shot.
Survivors will be shot again. -

I had to read through 10 pages of this entire thread to see if anyone else thought he looked like Jon Heder (especially when he does the aggravated sigh and eye roll on the promo spots)! That was the first person I thought of- plus I could just see him as Weston arguing with Sam over something and doing Napoleon's "I'll do whatever I wanna do- Gosh!"
I didn't know who Milo Ventimiglia or James Franco were, so I looked them up. He does resemble them too- MAN are they attractive guys. I don't think he looks like Val Kilmer except the shape of the mouth. Not Carradine at all. -

Val Kilmer is exactly what I was going to suggest though. Just a non-attractive bigger eared version. And those beep teeth too much teeth, not enough of jawline, or maybe its just that gobble under his chin idk.
Ugly man none-the-less, I can't stand those Burn Notice commercials because of him. When I see him squint his eyes more than they already are and turn slowly away from the camera while doing a soft but noticeable nod like some kind of an A-lister I just lolz.
Only reason I watch USA is for Law & Order SVU mainly. Whenever I see one of USA's non-original Miami based series commercials like White Collar or Burn Notice, I just cringe, especially when I have to see Donovan smiling into the camera.
