I'm pretty sure they used a body double when she stripped off her raincoat on Californication last night. The cut was jumpy and you never saw a shot of her face and her naked body together. WTF???

My husband and I are convinced it was a body double as well, for the exact reasons you pointed out.

It was definitely a body double. Go back and look at the way that it was shot and you can tell The way they never show any of her face along with a nude part of her body. I'm rather disappointed, but oh well, you have to respect her decision. I for one think she looks fantastic.
