Why is he not in the collector sequel??? I HATE when they change actors! I don't care if you can see his face or not!

Noticed this was coming out and I couldn't find any info as to why. My guess is either they wouldn't pay him what they thought he was worth, or he thought the sequel was not worth filming.
That said, I'm still looking forward to it either way.

The guy they got in for the sequel turned out to have nowhere near the same presencethe film lost something special

I just came here for that same reason. Why on earth did they not get him for the sequel. The way he struts and moves as the Collector is brilliant. He really did such a wonderful job - better than most of the usual horror bad guys or monsters. He was regal.
