Of the $905 million the US government was only about 3% of that total. Similar to Canada and Sweden, or half as much as the Netherlands. Jeff Bezos' ex wife donated more than that just by herself. Meanwhile there were also $1 billion donated to anti gay groups over that same time frame. Are you going to throw a tantrum about people donating to that too? -
