    Wow. Just saw Dredd and was actually pretty blown away (pun lol).
    After looking over Garland's impressive resume, I just had to stop by and say thank you to him. So many good films. So many good screenplays.
    Thank you for Sunshine, it was the best hard scifi film I've seen since 2001. Thank you for 28 Days Later, it breathed new life into the zombie genera and gave the world their first real taste of Danny Boyle. Thank you for your novel The Beach (a great book in case you have only seen the movie) and lastly, thank you for Dredd. It scratched an itch that hasn't been touched since the first time I saw RoboCop.

      lol what great screenplays? Everything he turns in is crap and a pale copy of something else.
      But then you thanking him for Dredd of all things shows what kind of taste you have. Hey, man, it's good, at least you'll be happy with most movies from now on. Hollywood crap is made for you.
