Yes, he also looks like Michael Ironside who is a brilliant actor, by the way, just like Don and John. These guys give A-grade performances in a lot of B-grade movies.

Yes, John Saxon! I just watched Don in The Last Movie and remembered I had seen his face, came here to check out his other credits, and was suprised he did many more films, even up to doing Exorcist III.born 1927? Wow.

I need to get my hands on "The Last Movie" one of these days. It seems like I rented that 20 years or so ago, but I don't remember much about it.
Don was also in "Out of the Blue" with Dennis Hopper, plus some great '60s/'70s action/blaxploitation/ disaster films like "Bullitt," "The Mack" and "The Towering Inferno." He's one of those guys with a huge resume (especially on television) and a familiar face, but very little name recognition. I guess he's still alive, but he hasn't made a film or TV appearance in years.

Don Gordon was in my 2nd favorite, original Outer Limits episode about a group of strangers who get transported to space via a rocket ship carnival ride, actually an alien spaceship, for which Don was the pilot. Actually the story has Don being a "blind" to everyone as well, because he was a runaway, nuclear physicist who drops out when asked to build ever greater bombs, and the alien uses his intelligence to convince the strangers that they should all make this long journey together.
My first favorite Outer Limits ep is "The Man Who Was Never Born", the Terminator style time travel piece about saving the world.
Always get Don Gordon confused with Don Stroud, "The Buddy Holly Story" even though my brain knows better.

I get Don Stroud mixed up with David Huffman, an actor who, like Stroud, tried to catch a robber but, unlike Stroud, was killed rather than "merely" disfigured in the process. I just watched him in Clint Eastwood's "Firefox."

I am in the John Saxon camp.
If he enlisted right after Pearl Harbor, that made him 15.
              Polarity, reverse!

I think he was a dead-ringer for John Saxon too. In fact, the Twilight Zone episode he was in, I thought it was Saxon.

I've always thought that Don Gordon could possibly be either Lebanese or Italian, and from reading his bio it looks like he is Italian. He kind of reminds me of Paul Anka in looks when he was younger. That is why I thought he could have been Lebanese.Plus he has always had dark features when you look at him.

I think he looks a lot like Lee Farr in his younger works like Wanted: Dead or Alive. Just saying IMHO.

Gordon does look a lot like former New York City mayor Rudy Guiliani.
