When I watched the first few episodes she started to remind me of her. Its a bit of the voice too and little mannerism's.

Totally. That's why I came to look her up to see if she was Monica's little sister or something. My surprise to see that she is Kelsey Grammer's daughter. No wonder all the Fraiser references in the show. I was wondering about that as how many college kids actually watched Fraiser.
