I remember seeing/hearing her sing at the Heritage Classic game last year and thought, if she wanted to she could have a successful career in Hollywood and/or music.

Here's a more recent photo of her and dad Wayne in Vegas recently. I think she has a small role in "16d0;Alpha Dog" that will come out soon.

It was in the back of my mind and I too kept praying her grandma would not die on her birthday but now they will be tied in a way with a birth and death on the same day. Very sad around the holidays too. I have a friend whose father died on his birthday and I always thought that was so sad. All my prayers to all the Gretzky family and may Phyllis rest in peace now.
