Why doesn't he walk?

I wonder if you could hookup an exoskelleton to a brain-computer-interface and then maybe he could walk.. of course its in computer terms two more or less beta technologies that would have to be merged.. then the exoskelleton would probably cost $100K wich I suppose would be very well worth it if it could be made to work.

Sadly, even the parts of his brain that think about moving have stopped working. He can only breath, swallow, and look around now. If he was paralysed from the neck down or something like Christopher Reeve it would be possible though, at least in the near future.
