I don't know who won, but I do know it likely should have been111c Justin!
He was terrific as Billy.
He also should have had a higher salary. $5000?! Even in 1979, that's just asinine.

Kramer vs. Kramer
, I am glad that Melvyn Douglas won for
Being There
instead. He was a more experienced actor and it was one of his last and greatest performances. it's just as well that Justin Henry didn't win, because an Oscar might have spoiled him the way it spoiled Tatum O'Neal when she won one as a little girl.

I thought Robert Duvall should have won for Apocalypse Now. That performance is now iconic.
