I agree with the OP. Kane was alright but not the best.
I thought Ted White, Richard Brooker and Derek Mears were much better.
I'm a big fan of the original Jason(Ari Lehman) and the reason I love the franchise.

Worst Jason? Hell no, Ken is the worst Jason, too tall and goofy.
Richard Brooker is a very good Jason much like Ted White and CJ Graham.

I'm nit sure how people can get so defensive. All Jasons are pretty much the same. Its not like the role depends on acting talent.

Worst? No way, Kane was the best. Ken Kirzinger is the worst. He was not even playing Jason he was doing a Frankenstein mimic.

Mr. Hodder was a very effective monster-Jason. He was not realistic, but i tought he brought something extra to what could have been just another zombie.
My favourites is either Ted White or the stuntman from part 2. I personally find mr. Kirzinger to be the most boring of the bunch.
