Do you mean you make plans and they don’t wait to do it with you or you didn’t think they already did that?
If it’s the latter then I don’t get how that’s betrayal since everyone can do whatever they want to do.
Seems to me it’s asking too much if you expect all of your friends to wait and share in new experiences together.

Plans are made and they don’t wait. So like (on a Sunday) “we should see this movie this Friday” and then Thursday you check back like “are you still on for seeing that movie?” and then they’re like “I went and saw it on Tuesday”
