The only reason Six Flags Ohio/Geauga Lake really has a fighting chance personally was that it was smaller & closer. So, it was easier to travel to and once we were in the park, the wait in the lines were shorter. -

They're all **** in England. Been to them all but alton towers for some reason lol
I remember one ride. It was like a bunch of rockets that spun around as they went up in the air like those swings you see, but you could rotate them upside down and all sorts. They didn't have seatbelts but a metal bar and you could just fall out of them. I had to beg my friend not to spin it because it was actually terrifying. Still to this day don't know how that was allowed lol

I've only been to Blue Bayou water park and Six Flags New Orleans twice. Though, it was called Jazzland initially. I don't miss the latter, which was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina.
My first experience was fun, but I was going through a nervous breakdown after a girl I broke up with tried to kill herself. To be surrounded by theme park stuff at a time like that was jarring.
It kinda looks like a post apocalyptic theme park now.

I basically drowned on this slide at Blue Bayou. A lot of people do. Of course the lifeguards keep you from following through, but I remember being disoriented and not knowing where the surface was.
It wasn't scary in a fun way. It was uncomfortable. It kinda scratches your back too. The really fun one I couldn't find footage of is a 2 person ride that goes through tunnels.

Owl Park
in Niendorf
Actually it's now the
"Bird Park"
(Vogelpark).
But I'll never forget our first visit there when it was still the
Owl Park
.
