The script sucks as they poorly developed Mary, the 4th year medical student who wants to be surgeon, into an unlicensed plastic surgeons who specializes in body modification. Her make up in particular, dark and overly sensual, doesn't fit the profile of a typical med student. I could understand if this was changed later on in the movie, but right from the beginning. Then she dressed in a hooker attire to a social function with her future employer (resident doctors). There are many other aspect which makes Mary's character so unlike any possible med student from the beginning that it's hard to believe the character initially. The positive is that she has next door girl face (pretty) and nice body. Unfortunately not much nudity is shown. And the film did show some unusual "bad" surgery freaky character to keep you wondering if those characters will become somehow "evil" later on.
