Total Jerk

I know I'm very late on this post, but just had to put my input in. I'm sorry you didn't have the experience you were looking for when you saw him, but you can't call the guy a total jerk. Like many people have said, he had to do so much promotion for the movie and probably has a very busy schedule and almost a type of script he has to stick to when he goes to special events. I've met the man twice and he was quite possibly the nicest celebrity I've meet. The first time he actually got out of his car to sign a couple autographs for me and to take a picture. Most celebrities probably wouldn't even stop, even if they did, I'm sure it's not often where they would actual get out for a photo. The second time I met him he let me up on stage with him and Ray Romano, they both signed my "Grilled" dvd, Kevin signed my arm and gave me a hug twice. He gave me my 2 greatest moments in my life.
I'm sorry you didn't have as great of an experience like you had hoped, but he is not a "Total Jerk" as you think. -

He may not be a "total jerk" but when you're doing a public appearance you need to put on your game face.
It's one thing is someone approaches a celebrity in a restaurant or at an airport and they're a "jerk" to some fan because the fan is being intrusive.
But when you're doing a promotion for a movie or at one of those autograph shows you know you're dealing with fans. So even if you don't want to be there or maybe you're not feeling that great, you put on a smile and you remember that without the fans you wouldn't be there. -

I don't think so - you guys where just unfortunate. I got his auto (as well as Leah Remini) via post through an autograph website - reply if you want to know this site) and he signed and personalised it - unlike some who use auto pen

Happy to help. The official site (do a search for his name) http://www.fanmail.biz/ and the forum http://www.1908fanmail.biz/mboard/. Kevin signs autographs personally so always send an SASE. Good luck
Better than waiting outside in the rain during a premiere

Wow thats a sad story unlike him 100% must have been a very bad day i worked security and have met him many times and he was very very kind even sending a letter to a person that he found out that was sick! he spent hours chattin and talkin to people, these actors make great money but its tough they go eat and the fans just keep comin to the table and he cant eat and spend time with his family and then they are demandin i have seen this with other actors tryin to eat and people just keep coming up and its tough they have a family and kids themselves and they just need the space and should be allowed to eat in public also

the whole interrupting celebrities while they're eating is the utmost display of arrogance, selfishness and inconsideration
I agree
Celebs have the right to scold anybody who does that. Bumping into them is one thing, but the line is drawn at interrupting them in a restaurant while dining -

You said he was a total jerk, yet I didn't see him walking past all of the fans and ignoring every request for autograph. Did you bother to ask him for an autograph or you just stood there expecting him to notice you, as if you had this shiny globe above your heat emitting holy light in all directions? I bet you posted this so you can give yourself some kind of an excuse for not stretching your arm out with the piece of paper. You and your son are way to sensitive.

I met him in a Burger king in New York last year. He was in front of me in line, and my star struck self said "your the shi% bro". He smiled and winked at me. Then, after he placed his order, he put his arm around me and said "this big fella looks hungry, get him a whopped meal, and an extra whopper, and 2 slices of Hershey sundae pie". He then paid for the entire order, and when I thinked him, he said "enjoy this beautiful day", and then left to sit in a booth with his gf/wife. I thought it was so nice of hime to make me 2000feel special and buy me dinner.

Britneyfoxx is a stalker and she and her mom sends me Death threats everyday.
They are very mentally ill and in need of a lot of help.
I have reported her to the police, hopefully she will end up in prison soon since I'm not her only victim. -

He's not a jerk. Maybe moody, but not a jerk. The way I see it, it's like going to the ballgame. Yeah, it would be great to get your favorite players autograph and if you try hard enough you just might. But, you might not. The ballplayers don't owe every single fan an autograph the same way an actor doesn't owe everyone an autograph, even at a premiere or press junket. So set the right expectation, give it your best shot and what ever happens, happens. You may not get an autograph, but you may end up with a priceless story like the guy who met him at BK in NY. (see above)
