He relied on a show that was about nothing. Was he even the talent behind it, as Larry David has proven to be just as funny. I can easily put Adam Sandler in the same catagory, as someone that has been on the highest level as a stand up, a live act, wrote successful albums, and the biggest comedian in the movies. He's also a producer.
Yeah, you can put Adam Sandler at the same level easily.

Jerry Seinfeld rules. All the others are wannabes.

MOST DEFINITELY. Watching Seinfeld's show (that streams on Crackle), "Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee", is just about all my innards can handle. In one episode specifically, Jerry and Larry David were sitting in a booth eating breakfast and talking about old times. It was "worth its weight in gold"-funny. I could not wait to show it to my husband. Good ol' fashioned naturally hilarious commentary. Jeeeeeze - I miss that! Legendary.

Sandler and James are just as funny if not funnier than Jerry Seinfeld.

Seinfeld's show, while entertaining, was literally about nothing. Just completely random situations with Kramer being an oddball, Elaine being hot and quirky, George being an annoying spaz who sucks at everything, and Seinfeld just being Seinfeld. The others can easily be put in the same category, and I personally find Kevin James really hilarious, moreso than Jerry Seinfeld.

Kevin James is not funny enough to be in movies or television.

You do realize that he had a successful show on TV for 9-10 years?

It's only successful because it relates to fat Americans.

After his new show Kevin Can Wait, people are not buying it & calling out Kevin James for his same shtick. The only way out is in. As in re-INvention by agreeing to star in something different. Funny part is, I could see all five of these ridiculous shows getting made!
