It's usually autogynephiles who act that way: heterosexual males that grew up having an erotic sexual fetish about being a female. One that I knew did transition to female, but the other still lives as a male, as far as I know, with a wife and a few kids. Although, he played football in high school and it wouldn't surprise me at all if he did transition he'd want to be on a women's football team.
