Because a court decided that it was an accident.
If that said court was corrupt or paid for, who knows, but that is the american justice system in a nutshell.
Famous people get rarely incarcerated. And if they do, it is about money. Or they actually killed a person (Not via accident)
but they hung him anyway.

@Inherently Yours, exactly right, I don't think Caitlyn got a pass here. From the media and some of the public yes, but legally no. People get in accidents all the time, likely they don't result in deaths normally, nor do they result in arrests. Sadly this time it happened. Unless she was driving recklessly or under the influence it's ruled a accident. Being a bad driver doesn't me you're a murderer.
I think she handled it wrong though, she should have released a statement sooner, a simply my prayers are with the family would have done and no admission of guilt. I do understand she protecting herself legally. Driving all over the place like nothing happened was cold too. Most people wouldn't want to drive after that for a little bit and was probably insensitive to the family.
I don't know what was the cause, they say she wasn't speeding or found to be on the phone. My guess was not paying attention, but certainly prison time no. -

Jenner doesn't care and is a monied narcissist. Narcissistic personalities can also be sociopatic in nature too and can only think in terms of themselves and how things affect them. Others are not of much concern. HE is also mentally ill. HE is not a criminal; but we are only deluding ourselves if we e16d0xpect HIM to care.

Clearly any person who thinks they are the opposite sex are extremely mentally ill. Medical profession knows this. They have a huge amount, of drug/drink abuse, depression, suicidal acts, self destruction. This is both before and after surgery
