I visited his gravesite last week. Nice location in Newhall, California.

I met Tor in about 1962. I was 16 and was a Jehovah's Witness. I rang the doorbell of his modest home in San Fernando about 10 am on a Sat. As soon as he answered the door I recognized him from some horror films. I made my simple presentation and he listened very politely and gave me a dime for the two pamphlets. He made a few friendly comments and I left. He was a very nice person but scary looking!

Cool. Thanks for sharing. I bet he was pretty imposing to a young kid!
