She gets her looks from her mother's side. I just looked up her bio today to confirm that she is at least part black (honestly wasnt sure) and found out how beautiful her mother, Peggy Lipton, is. Add a shade of darkness from her fathers side and we have one of the most beautiful mutts i have ever seen. Nice voice too, never get tired of her in Parks and Rec.

Agree. She does look like her mother and she is beautiful. Women who come from mixed relationships where their father is African American and their mother is White, have beautiful skin and hair. Boys don't look as good. Reminds me of the little girl in the Cherrios commercial.

Rashida (and her sister) are beautiful women but not all mixed people are hot or even look the same. That's a myth. Rain Pryor is mixed but she is extremely homely.
Rashida and her sister are beautiful because their parents are beautiful, not because they are mixed. Her mother is Peggy Lipton for christ's sake! Not just your average, run-of-the-mill white woman. Quincy Jones was very handsome when he was young. Same with Halle Berry, her parents are hot so they had a hot kid.
Having "mixed girls" is no guarantee they will be good looking especially if the parents look like trolls. I see too many, often color struck, mixed couples, who think their kid will be the next Mariah Carey or Lisa Bonet even if the woman looks like Jabba the Hutt and the man looks like Alien. Your woman isn't Peggy Lipton though a lot of black men seem to pretend that's the case. -

"Having "mixed girls" is no guarantee they will be good looking" odd you should say that, because absolutely everyone of the mixed oriental/white couples my wife and I know, who have mixed offspring between oriental and caucasian, look absolutely beautiful.

My father, when he was 74, looked about 40 something. I think Rashida is really pretty (funny too). Me? I'm 38, but could pass for some undercover narc for high school:-).
I agree with joepozz; maybe it's good genes for Rashida Jones.
