I thought the first two Creeds were cool only because Rocky was in them especially the second one where he has to contend with Drago and his son again…the cancer storyline was good too, made me sad because even Rocky can be struck down by cancer…**** cancer.
The third one wasn't necessary but I get it, the first two were beating up white boys so I guess he had to fill in the card for the obligatory 2020's Mr. T to show up.

I never watched the Creed/Rocky movies. Let's just admit that while Rocky is great entertainment, Rocky needed more black people especially since the sport is almost entirely dominated by black male boxers.

i didnt think original was too good. yes, mcqueen oozes sophistication, but Dunaway just a **** bad actress.

Well since we are comparing the original to the 1999 remake staring Rene Russo and Pierce, the original with McQueen and Dunaway bored me. I didn't understand the appeal.
However Pierce and Renee's portrayal was so amazing. The remake had everything. I watch it often. I especially rewind the ending because I think it was so emotional and one of the greatest movie endings in cinema that nobody really discussed.
