She graduated from college with a masters in math (with an emphasis in economics), and is now working for a company on the east coast as a mathematician

I haven't seen her in a couple of years. She went to my church and I worked in the nursery and watched her twin girls! They were both incredible sweet. She's a great mother and she doesn't talk about her childhood at all. I babysat for her once and she had a Beethoven movie poster. That was about it.

I think you may have her confused with someone else. Sarah is Jewish. I've known her since day camp. We also attended the same synagog, the same Jewish school (though she went to a non-religious high school). I've even been to her Bat Mitzvah.
It's possible she converted, but knowing her, it seems unlikely. Plus, she's very studious and I doubt she would have children at such a young age.
