So I just watched Gremlins again, and noticed a "Nick Katt" in the credits as a school kid. I thought of course, is that Nicky Katt?? So I watched the movie again. (IMDb does credit him in Gremlins as "Nick Katt.")
The credits are in order of appearance, and that puts him and the only other "school kid" credited in the classroom scene just before the gremlin kills the teacher. The problem is, this scene has a dozen or more school kids, none with lines, aside from Corey Feldman, so I have no idea why only two of the other kids would be creditedif any! They were all extras, really.
I actually checked all of the very few kids in the movie, and could not find one that looked 2000like Nicky Katt. Anybody care enough to try to find him?

I've looked and I've never found him except the boy in town square is the only one that looks like him. It's the same in Sister Act. He's credited as the waiter in that but I can never spot him. Maybe the Video/DVD versions are edited.
Don't hurt me Arch, I'm only little.

Haha I watched Gremlins the other night and after the film finished, thought I'd look for him just for fun.
I believe him to be the kid who throws a bit of paper as the bell rings after the Gremlin has hatched. If you look closely he has a mop top hair style. I'm positive that's him but cannot for the life of me think why he'd have a credit without any lines.
Take a look and let me know what you think.- a rabid and disgruntled employee.

I attempt to find Nicky Katt upon each annual viewing of Gremlins. My hunting has not yielded any results different from what others have found. It's possible he's role has been cut but it would have had to been made upon home releases. I've been watching Gremlins since the 80s on television, home video and DVD and don't recall different cuts of the film.
Forever a celluloid mystery!
