Hi,
I read once that he was born in 1974 though I can't verify that for certain. He looks to me anyway to be about 36/late 30's so I'd say that is pretty accurate if I had to guess.

According to different article/interview I read/heard of him and Poppy Montgomery he was born on May 11th 1974.
