I too have been wondering what happened to you. Searching the various fan sites have shown just the barest of information since "your year" in 1994.
It was nice to see you post. You have grown into a beautiful young lady. Your picture, in my opinion, has you trying to be one of the cookie cutter stepford actors in vogue today. What happend to the sweet girl next door that was so appealing to your fans?

i was still in the philippines when i first saw camp nowhere and the first time i saw "gaby" i thought she was really cute, i had a big crush on melody kay!!! and just like everybody else, i started wondering what ever happened to her, alot of years passed and i still watch camp nowhere and still get mesmerize by her beautiful face!!! until one day i was watching " yes dear" she was there in one episode where they were showing jimmy's wedding, she was one of the bridesmaid! at first i did not recognize her, but then i remembered those beautiful eyes and i was like holy sh*t! that's gaby!!!!! it is so nice to see her again after all these years!!! melody kay YOU ARE a goddess!!!!! take care and goodluck in everything!!!!!!

haha. wow. If I ever get a forum on me I'd so totally be posting in it all the time. Of course I doubt anyone would believe I'd be posting in my own forum.
So, how does it feel to have all these people left right and centre admitting they had a child hood crush on you? lol. Of course, I count myself among them too, I even picked up Never Ending Story III recently.
God awful movie though. lol. -

I'm glad to see others freely expressing their liking for Melody. I think I may have seen Camp Nowhere at least 10 times in the theater (the dollar theater was relatively close to my house). I now own it on DVD. And when I look back to it, I don't think I kept seeing it for the rambunctious kids and all the cool stuff they got to do for the summe238r I think it was 'cause I wanted to see that cute girl that was in it.

Hey Melody, I know I'm echoing what most of the others have to say but glad to hear you're still in the business. You look quite different with blonde hair. I had such a crush on you when I was younger I was traumatised when I looked up the internet a few years ago and found so little information on what you've been up to. Thankfully that's been rectified somewhat but would be really interested to find out what current projects you are working on as I notice you haven't posted in quite some time.
Anyway, best of luck with everything. And don't forget to keep us sad fans of old informed of your latest exploits.

It's amazing the number of boys who had a crush on you when they where a nipper. I'll add my name to the list, camp nowhere, great film.
Anyway you ever thought of coming to the UK and doing some stage work here or getting some TV roles? BBC are producing a quite a few good dramas at the minute ("Rome" with HBO, "Bleak house"..) with more planned so it may be worth getting your agent to make enquries. With your resume you shouldn't have any problems!
