You're right, man. She was hot, but a little bit stuck up. I liked how her character was supposed to be really smart and strong-minded, but she still came off a little bit snobby.
I just can't believe her step-brother JT didn't fall for her! He was supposed to be girl crazy, but where were his hormones when he met Dana Foster! -

Haha, I know.. I always thought that JT wanted to bang her but he never demonstrated it. The only wise guy that recognized her hotness was Cody.

i was watching the show today and it was the episode where cody writes her a fake love letter. one of the reasons her character was so interesting and admirable was because she was so strong minded and brash. she was always very secure in being herself, even if it went against what was expected from her peers. i felt so bad at the end where the whole moral was "you must forsake your individuality and become a sex object for a man." they justify it with some kind of duality that her "strength" also makes her distant from the opposite sex, and that she feels troubled over this. hogwash. that they should use her character as some kind of anti-feminist reactionism wherein an independent woman is some kind of brooding ice queen is deplorable. i've always believed that her character was a strong young woman, and that any lack of male intimacy in her life was a willful choice. the way she was characterized in this episode sends the message that if a young woman is not swooning over men then something must be wrong with her. i refuse to acknowledge this episode in canon.
