I always thought that was nice, but then I realized that work was only for myself, as in the money was just the money and I would never get some secret advancement or even pay raise if much at all. Being a manager can be up to the managers and when you apply.. It's also not as fun.
I want to be a movie star. So, I'm just having fun.
