Btw I'm always behind on my listening hence the lateness in bringing this up. -

Please please please please please don't invite her to fill in for Simon again. I cannot stand her talking out of breath constantly; her wanting to review every movie in great length despite the presence of a professional film critic sitting next to her.
Please, no more Zoe. -

While I can only agree with you (but then I can't stand most DJs, their autopilot empty chattering to fill the spaces style just irritates, Mayo is a rare example of a DJ I actually enjoy) you have posted about a completely different topic than my OP, if you want to talk about it some more it might be worth you starting your own thread. (although while I'm here, I'd like to say no more outside broadcasts please, the self-satisfied crowd-pleasing that occurs is always unpleasant to listen to, I usually just fast forward through most of it). -

The podcast really needs to have chapters on it. I know they prefer to think everyone listens to every second of the show, but if I listen each week then the Top 10 is the same most weeks - the same films with Mark repeating his opinion and then lots of listener emails.
Likewise some guests are great and some are poor, I'd like to be able to skip a poor interview without having to constantly scroll forward and checking if it is over.
Be still Moriarty, do you want us both out of this suit? -

Mark Kermode can be self-deprecating when he wants to be as proven by the end of this e-mail from him in 1999:
