Good god. I would never have guessed he is that tall. The characters and personalities he plays just don't seem to come from a 6'4" man. Now that I know he's such a giant, I want to meet him just to see my impression of him coming out of such a huge body. Am I the only one surprised he is so big?

I think that might be an error lol. He looks closer to around 6 foot. Maybe 6'1

Yeah, I think you're right. There are tons of pics of him walking around NYC with Katie Holmes now with him in tennis shoes and her in flats. She's supposedly 5'9" and he only looks to be 3 or so inches taller.

Watching Take This Waltz and he's definitely not an entire foot taller than Michelle Williams. He's a tall drink of water, but not a 6'4" one

I am watching "Mambo Italiano" and came to imdb.com to see what I could find out about the lead actors. He is not nearly 6'4".
