Well, if you like it, you like it ,that’s just the way it is.
I really think she’s trying to do a “reverse Taylor Swift” since Taylor started off as country.
Kind of clever I guess since she has Texas cred.
I’m not the biggest country fan either, but there’s some good ones out there if you look for em’.

Because I don’t like how her first “country” debut turned out. I think she should’ve gone more organic. That would have been bolder. But I don’t think she can play instruments like Taylor though. Oh well.

Idk. Country music is **** in general so I thought Bey's song was refreshing.
I'm not the biggest country music fan, either. I gave this Cowboy Carter album a shot and the only song I remember liking was American Requiem. Aside from that, I wasn't that wild about it. It has country elements but isn't actually a country album. -
