I know I'm not that well liked here but does anyone else not really care that this board closes? it wasnt that personal, we mostly talked about pop stars, it wasnt like a chat where we talked about our life often or posted pics, i dont know, some of yall seem too attached to this place

I mostly checked this board for pop music news and general opinions from the small group of people here. I can get that from others places, though.
I'm more concerned about the other boards. This was the only place with separate active message boards for every single movie, tv show, actor, actress, and singer, all in one place. I've been reading and posting on the message boards here since 2004. Every time I finish a movie or tv show I usually go to the boards to see what other people think about it and read the discussions people are having. It's gonna be weird not being able to do that anymore.

This. I love coming to IMDB to find out about what the new blu-ray of (insert film name) or talk about the latest episode of (insert TV show) or the signficance of this scene in (insert film).
Yeah I have a feeling that imdb "pro" members will still be able to post on discussion boards soon after the closure
This is about money not the BS they are telling us.
