I didn't think you were a gay male. I was just saying I don't blame you for being wary of meeting up with people you met online.
You just might meet up with some creep who claims he is around your age only to see that he is a creepy much older than you creep.

Wow that is scary, then men aren't as old fashioned like they used to be. By old fashioned I mean meeting out in public so you can see if they are who they say they are, plus they lazy too. Most men i been meeting to ge5b4t to know act like 1 to 2 hours is far like I live in California or something or they just want the female to come see them.

Yeah, I agree with you that it is scary. I can't imagine the terror that she felt realizing that the "17 year old boy" turned out to be a 47 year old man who was older than her dad! I can't believe that someone had the nerve to say "Technically, he didn't lie to her. He showed her a picture of himself, just his 17 year old self!" WTF! Him showing her himself at 17 knowing he is 47 is deliberate deceipt. And someone else said,"How could she not have been able to see that the yearbook picture was done 30 years ago? I mean you're telling me she couldn't tell a yearbook picture that was done in the 80's?" Well, she DID mention that he looked extremely dorky(outdated perhaps because it was an 80's picture?), in hindsight she probably thought,"That should have been my red flag that the picture was taken 30 years ago."

Wow that is crazy you was just stating your opinion. To me that stuff wouldn't matter if you vote republican that is you, and I vote democratic. That is like with religion I don't mind dating outside my race I just ask that he at least believe in God I don't care if I marry a catholic, or whatever else.
I'm starting to feel like people are getting even more picker on these dating sites, most of them are still single and they say they looking for a relationship, and don't seem like they willing to give people a chance. Yesterday I told myself I'm going to start meeting guys the old fashioned way just get out there in public sit at bars, bookstores, coffee shops if I have to. -

I'd say out of all the dating apps I think Scruff wins. Every update is an actual update or an improvement. Jack'd's only advantage over the other apps is being able to upload more than one photo. Grindr has gone down the tubes! The new layout sucks and now you're limited even more with the types of guys you can search for. You used to be able to search by height, weight and age without a subscription and get Grindr Xtra free for a week if you created another account and now you don't get anything but Grindr's biggest problem has always been having no push notifications as a given. Every other app let's you know you have a message. And now the half the time you send a message you get it showing up in red saying it wasn't sent and I have good cell service. But somehow the guy on the other end receives the messages.
I'd say there's a wider variety on Grindr. Maybe your area just has a better selection? But when half the guys haven't been online in days or weeks it makes for a disappointing app when you're looking to get laid presently. Grindr has been far more helpful for probably everyone here as a whole. The only way you can't get laid there is if you're purposely not looking (side-eyeing a certain someone hereahem!)
In all, as shtty as Grindr has gotten over the years it's still the most popular and the biggest help to get laid quickly.
