They've been dragging Gaga who did over 20 times more in her first week, and they've got the #1 single in the country
And Gaga's Joanne is doing so well, very happy with that! Let's compare:
In its first full week of sales ANTI did 166k copies. In it's second week it did 52k.
In its first week Dangerous Woman sold 175k copies. In its second week it sold 50k.
In its first week Joanne sold 201k. In its second week it did 61k.

So you expect an EP with only one previously unreleased song to fly up the charts? Can you give examples of EP's that had only one previously unreleased song that sold a ton of copies? I'll wait while you list examples. I'll even help you along by typing out numbers for you to fill with examples

Chainsmokers debut isn't an album though it's an EP with only 1 new song.
They clearly don't care about albums and that's why they don't release them. You are pressed because they have been at #1 longer than Gargamel's 3 #1 singles(back when she used to be popular) combined.
