Gargamel had a BUNCH of high profile gigs after ArtFlop leading up to Joanal.
How well did they help Joanal? Yeahthey didn't.
How long do you think she is going to get these high profile gigs when she can't get a hit and hasn't had one in a long time?
Nobody really cares about her anymore except a dwindling group of Monsturds. The general public isn't checking for her and doesn't give a sh!t about her now. -

Her recent gigs between the artpop era and now have received overwhelming praise and completely changed how the public views her.
Hit me up in a couple months when The Chainsmokers are completely forgotten and critics are raving about Joanne and the GP is raving about her Super Bowl performance. -

It is a terrible song. This album is going to be one where only the fans love it because they love her so much. Everyone else is bored. And I'm not a "hater" by any means, I just like good quality music not lazy sleep inducing songs that will be forgotten minutes after listened to.

No, that was ARTPOP. Fans are hating on Joanne because there's no electronic dance music or gay club bangers. Just mature, quality music.
I expect massive critical acclaim from Joanne. The snippets indicate a Grammy worthy album.

The label chose PI as a single. They also chose Applause as a single. And even though ARTPOP was a mediocre album, Applause was one of the worst songs on the album, and the worst single she's ever released.
And if The Fame Monster and Born This Way were nominated for Grammys, then Joanne will surely be nominated and win. It sounds like it's going to be her best album to date.

I don't think anything could have saved the ARTPOP era. That album was definitely for Gaga fans only. If she had released Joanne straight after Born This Way, it would have been massive. Especially if she had released Dancin' in Circles or Diamond Heart as the lead single.
