I was just wondering that. I saw it listed on Wikipedia as 2008 but apparently it was never produced. My 13 year old inner child was geeking out thinking it was a sequel to the 80's Cannon films. I just watched Revenge of the Ninja last night. God I loved that film when I was a kid. The soundtrack is still awesome.

I hear you, dude. I was REALLY hoping this was going to get made but I only had about 3% hope that the project wasn't going to get cancelled.
Also, Revenge of the Ninja is an AWESOME film. It was my favorite movie growing up.
