I think it's different from those typical high pitch , vocal frog type.

Yes. If you listen to her voice in the early years of
Smallville
as compared to now, it's become a little less uncertain, more confident, and a little bit deeper. But I like her face, eyes, and ass better.

In her later time on Smallville it sounded like she had a lisp.
Did you ever hear this?
I haven't watched the series in a long time. It seemed weird to me for an adult to gain a lisp as they got older instead of the opposite way. -

Nope. She does have a Canadian accent. I have a co-worker who is originally from Edmonton, Alberta and you can hear such inflections in her voice, like when she says "sowrry" and the like.
