Supposedly he & Maggie Lawson have broken up.
Roday & Mandy Moore were filming a pilot that didn't get picked up and, according to rumors, he slept with her. If true, it's kinda sad because he and Lawson always seemed like a great couple. It makes sense, though, since he hasn't made any noise on Twitter about her new show being picked up by CBS and they were normally very supportive of each other. -

When Blind Gossip is literally the only site mentioning an affair, I wouldn't give it much credibility. Besides, in these very recent photos, Maggie's wearing a ring on a particular finger:

As for the Twitter thing, he hasn't tweeted anything since May 21, not counting two retweets on June 1. I wouldn't say that's avoiding mentioning Maggie's show so much as avoiding Twitter entirely. -

haha yeah an engagement ring from her new bf (now husband). She and Roday had been broken up for well over a year when you posted this. Why so much denial over people you don't even know?

Yes, she has. In "Gamer". Not a huge part, but still a big screen movie.
And in her bio for her new pilot, "Angel from Hell", it says she is now engaged to her former "Back in the Game" costar, Benjamin Koldyke. So, whether or not the rumors are true, she and James defintitely aren't together anymore. -

I doubt it. As much as I love Maggie, she's hardly an A-list star. She isn't even mentioned by name in the promos for her new show, which she certainly would be if there was more name recognition. And considering that her publicist has the final say over her official CBS biography, any misinformation would have been corrected immediately.
