I know his character name was Lou Toback, but for all the characters in the movie, that name didn't register. I don't remember hearing his distinct voice either. Dis anybody spot Levine?
12 years ago I thought he was Waingro in HEAT, but he had already been killed
off Al Pacino's team an hour before DeNiro killed Waingro. A true chameleon.

he didn't work for russell crowe, ted levine was crowe's police captain at the percint in new jersey. therefore crowe worked for ted.

I'm watching AG right now.I his voice and recognized him. He was the captain that came in and signed the paperwork for Russel Crowe whenever he brought the money in that they found in the back of the car.

Did you see in the trivia for American Gangster that Denzil himself pushed to get Levine a role in the movie because Denzil is a fan of Monk!!!
I'm sorry, but to know that Denzil is watching Monk just does something for me-lol!!!!!!!
