What about Drew Barrymore. She had her comeback with Scream and then went on to do Charlies Angels .
Betty White.TALK ABOUT A COMEBACK i MEAN SHE was never the trouble maker Lindsay was but a few tweets and posts and Betty White had herself a new career.
Never say never she might still make a comeback she needs to check herself first and realize that she's not the star she once was but she has the talent it's in there somewhere.

ok, so let's get this completely clear. betty white was a huge star years and years before she made a comeback. I mean, it would be like johnny carson making a talk show comeback. so two different worlds there compared to Lindsay.
and drew Barrymore was the biggest child star of her time in the '80s. and she had connections and she had career savvy and she got along with everyone and was level headed and never thought she was better than anyone and she was humble and nice to everyone and she got her career turned around at about 19 so she got off drugs and alcohol early enough where she could control not ever going back to them and early enough so where people still liked her and respected her and early enough so where she was still really young and really attractive. so it's a completely different story with Lindsay.
Lindsay is 30 years old now and is considered used and damaged goods with her drug habits and her old looking and ugly face. she's aged about2000 20 years in the last 10 years. she has not connections in Hollywood. she has no career savvy. she doesn't get along with anyone in Hollywood. everyone hates and despises her in Hollywood because she is unreliable on set, doesn't show up to shooting days unless late and sometimes doesn't show up to shoot scenes at all. and she doesn't get along with people in Hollywood. she's always been arrogant and thought she was better than everyone. and she's always been a prima donna and always lived her life like she's above everyone else and doesn't have to do the things that everyone else does. she's never held herself responsible or accountable for her inappropriate and immature behavior. so, no Lindsay is never going to be a star ever again. just look at megan fox. a former star who doesn't have any personal problems but even she is still not a star. Hollywood is a very hard place to be a star in.
Lindsay is very much like Charlie Sheen. both were a star at one time but then fame and success and lack of caring about their lives and people around them made them into drug addicts and terrible people who never became stars after they first were stars. -

i WASN'T saying Betty White or Drew Barrymore were the same as Lindsay Lohan I was just giving examples of 2 females who HAD actually made 2nd careers after leaving for a while.

Her self=sabotage efforts may be a subconscious way of moving away from the business.
Which is ironic because this girl loves being in the limelight and living the lifestyle of the rich and famous. -

Ridiculous to compare Lindsey to someone like Charlie Sheen. Yes he's been a drug addict for years but he still held it together long enough to have to have shown up for work and had hit sitcoms and steady work on TV for over a decade. Lindsey would have killed for that kind of career.

it's not ridiculous to compare Lindsay to someone like Charlie sheen. if there ever was a comparison between acting careers that makes the most sense it's these two actors. both had so much great potential. both made big Hollywood movies which were respected and1c84 both were early in their 20s, in their careers: Platoon and Mean Girls. and then drugs took over their dependability as actors. they weren't reliable as actors. both couldn't be counted on to be there on set to shoot scenes. and they both had problems with cocaine addiction and partying, and they both lived lives as whores and sluts. Lindsay even made a blowjob sextape and Charlie had sex with all the prostitutes that Heidi fleiss gave him as well as porn stars.
so they both became jokes in Hollywood for living lives of excess and never fulfilling their considerable acting ability talents. and they both were humiliated by everyone in Hollywood and became in jokes for how not to make your career as actors in movies. -

That's a great comparison. Since Charlie Sheen drained millions of dollars he made over the years. So much work and almost nothing to show for it. The rest of his money will be spent on alimony,child support and probably healthcare. Two pathetic disasters.

Um no. I love Barrymore but she never was. She owes her career to her heritage and the fact that she was FORCED to put herself together. (She got lucky because she was underage and her mother had control over her). Lindsay was 18 when she moved to L.A and had access to everything without knowledge of people using her and no stable family to turn to.
