It's believable. Combine her legal a fees (which was a lot), and money she owed to companies plus subsidizing her mother whose lifestyle is just as outrageous as her own, I'm surprised it's not less. Don't forget she barely works anymore so no income except for smal appearances here and there which she probably spends it all in one purchase.

You realize 10k is next to nothing for celebs. Lindsay likes to look the part even though she can barely afford the lifestyle. Even a Birken bag costs more than that.

She's creeping into latter day Corey Haim territory. It probably costs more to insure her on a film set than what she actually gets paid to act in a film currently.
