As was I when I met him!!
He may not have been the biggest star the Yankees ever had but he was every inch the gentleman.
Ah, the good old days, when baseball players signed autographs for free and kids glowed with pride as they stood next to their heroes. -

and the only performance enhancers they used were beer and cigarettes. I would have added hookers, but, they still use them today.
Boy! Have we gotten off the subject or what?

100% female - vegas!!!! You should know that by now..as much as I drool over Gary (Mr.Pantsless) and George from CSI.
I drive a small light truck/SUV .4 wheels only..not 18 wheels. lol.
Be careful your lotus blossom doesn't flip you over her shoulder & deliver a round house kick that would impress Chuck Norris!
So, the new spinoff is going to be shown next month. yay. I hope it's good. It should be if the writing is solid as it is on NCIS. Then if all goes well the new show should be in the Fall lineup. -

Jude-Glad to hear you're the real deal, too. My little one does flip me over her shoulder once in a while. No kicking involved
Foxy- I think the leader will be Chris O'Donell. I call it the name factor. He has been a movie star (although it's been a whileremember, he's still trying to live down wearing a cod piece in Batman Forever, Batman and Robin, Batman's Vegas Vacation, Batman Meets Sartre).
No matter, just like with the other programs, if the episodes are written well, we'll enjoy the interaction between the characters while at the same type focusing on our personal favorites.

Yay! I'm glad that Louise will be back on TV. I just wish I had known she was on a couple episodes of the regular NCISI'll be looking for those in reruns. I hope she does make an appearance on CSI, I wish she could've stayed on there but I'm looking forward to the NCIS spinoff!! Welcome back Louise!

Well, just to set things straight. CSI didn't get rid of the character. They finally put Sofia Curtis on the title credits and Louise decided to leave to do some work in the U.K. So it was Louise's decision to leave CSI, not the producers. I am sure they were disappointed to see her go, as were most of us.
But hearing that she may have a recurring role in a news series . my only response is YEAH!!!!!!!!

We know SHE left CSI.to star in her own TV show in England which unfortunately got canceled.
Louise is going to co-star in this new NCIS spin-offthe "stars" are Chris O'Donnell & LLCoolJthey are more well known here in the States.
Doesn't matter though because it's still great to see Louise back on TV. YAY! -

I was responding to the person who seemed to think OTHERWISE. I knew that as well or else I wouldn't have posted it.

vegas, I read the entire thread over and noticed this hasn't been mentioned yet.
According to epguides.com the spinoff episodes are titled "Legend" (1) and "Legend" (2). -

Okay, so, we've got most of the cast (Louise and whomever), the dates (April 28th and May 5th) and the titles (They're doing my biography). That gives us all time enough to buy the popcorn, the beer, the candles and the sailor outfitsscratch the last one. That's purely optional.
