My girlfriend and I both love the original NCIS (I'm watching the NCIS backdoor pilot on JAG right now, actually), but, while I'm a big fan of LL Cool J and Chris O'Donnell, I refuse to watch the spinoff.
There's just some shows that shouldn't be spun-off and, in my opinion, NCIS is one of them. -

I have a feeling the best thing about "NCIS:LA" may be that wonderful commercial parodying the "Saturday Night Fever" opening with Pauley Perrette walking down the street, carrying a Caf-Pow, while "Staying Alive" plays on the soundtrack.
That was BRILLIANT!! -

Especially NCIS in LOS ANGELES????? SAY WHAT????? Why not San Diego? Long Beach is closed nowdo we even have a Navy/Marine presence here? I know there is an Air Force outpost in El Segundo. There is the Korean Bell in San Pedrohmmmm. Very strange. San Diego is a natural.very scenic town, tons of navy dudes walking about with their dog bowls and bell bottoms on and Camp Pendleton right down the road. Oh well, all in the interest of saving money I guess.
And I'm p*ssed about Louise Lombard too. I really like her and wish she would land somewhere good for a while. -

Considering they just killed her character off in tonight's episode of NCIS I doubt very seriously that she'll be back on NCIS LA anytime soon.
If a man speaks in the forest and no woman is there to hear it is he still wrong? -

I agree. She's a lookerbut I'm not a lookin' at NCIS LA; not even the commercials.
However, my wife, traitor that she is, watches the show on In Demand when I'm not home.
No Louise; no vegas; no biggie; they've got enough viewers
