What a tragic life.

She was mentally ill. She put her daughter in a mental institution when she was 12. The staff finally realized that it was mom that was sicknot her. The girl has not seen her since the age of 12. She has a blog and according to that, Sue did suffer from despair and had a hard life. She is bipolar and it must be a bad case. btw, one of her husbands was in prison for murder when she married him. That indicates pretty poor judgement. Her daughter's father is black and when she married him they were harassed because at that time mixed marriage was a no no. They finally moved to Spain to find peace but wound up getting divorced anyway. Here is the blog addresssomeone just posted it on here.

I have read in many places that she was mentally ill and it may have caused problems in her professional life but I don't know about that.
I had the chance to work with Michael Jackson who was as brilliant as they come.

That link leads one to a very disjointed site, by a disturbed person. Ultimately, I don't care. I don't believe a great deal of what I read on the Internet, regardless (and particularly because) of who wrote it.

To be disturbed? Huh?
YOU said she is disturbed. Since her mother had issues and was mentally ill, she has a right to be. I read the whole blog and she does not seem disturbed to me but has spent most of her life making peace with what happened to her. The blog is part of her therapy I think.
Of course, I don't know her and it could be a pack of lies and Sue is somewhat reclusive and does not give interviews so I don't know what she has to say about
it.
I had the chance to work with Michael Jackson who was as brilliant as they come.

Oh brother. How about Ms Sue Lyon.
I think just about everyone has missed the point of any of your posts so what does that tell you?
I hope you don't miss the point.

I don't, and haven't. The industry standard, as I've said, is to use the actor's LAST name. You don't know this actress. She is not your pal.
No, people don't miss the point of my points, except you. They may disagree.
That's life. -

And your accomplished mission is thinking that strangers believe your line of guff? Think again. You amuse me, and I pay no cover charge for the entertainment you provide. You're so insecure, and your self-esteem is so low, that you yearn to impress anonymous strangers, who don't give a damn about you, with your tales of fictional show biz jobs. Sad little man.
