She was actually 5 foot 8 according to her autopsy. But yes, Jayne Mansfield was a total character in all ways imaginable.

5'6 is short? Lol I'm 5'2" so it's not short to me. She did seem more 5'8" than 5'6"she towered over Mickey Rooney in that famous Golden Globes footage. She seemed so statuesque.

There's a clip of Jayne Mansfield jiggling up to an awards show stage to get an award from Ronald Regan. All that was missing was a big wink.

You could tell she was having a good time with her persona.
The most disturbing thing of the whole clip was seeing Mariska Hargitay's face on another woman's body. Not Mansfield's sexy image.
